Meet Luis Garcia
Luis Garcia is a retired 28-year firefighter/paramedic, former business owner, licensed claims adjuster, and lifelong South Floridian. Originally from Colombia, Luis became a naturalized citizen after serving in the United States Marines.
He is fluent in Spanish and French and grew up in a Miami home shaped by faith, hard work, love, and strong moral values. Luis is a father of two adult sons and enjoys hustle dancing, community service, and helping others.

- Founder of an ICE Watch Legal Observer Team serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties
- Volunteer experience as a Guardian Angel, Police & Fire Explorer Scout, CPR/First Aid/AED instructor, and child safety seat technician
